How Liverpool Building & Renovations Limited Work
Clear communication, no obligation quote, and quality service, that’s how we work at LBR LTD. We follow the below process so you can stay informed and in control over payments and how the work develops.
Step 1: Get an estimate quote
We will ask you a few questions to assess the scope of the job. We can then provide an estimate quote. If the estimated quote is within your budget, we can proceed to step 2.
Step 2: Site visit and free itemised quote
We’ll do an introductory site visit and discuss your needs in full to provide you with a detailed quote . During this conversation we will brief you on any preparations you will need to make before work starts.
Step 3: Contracts
LBR LTD will send you the detailed quote, a contract including the terms of work, a schedule for staged payments, and insurance documents for you to sign.
Step 4: Work begins on your project
Once we have received the signed contract, we order the materials and work begins at the scheduled date.
Step 5: Final payment upon completion
Your project is completed to schedule and the final payment is settled.
